COMPENSATION

This is a performance-based leadership role.

You will earn through:

Revenue participation tied to Indiana performance Direct earnings from partnerships, distribution, and deals Leadership override across Network activity within your state There is no cap. Top operators will have the ability to scale income based on execution, not tenure. This is an ownership-minded opportunity — not a fixed salary position.•

ROLE:

You will: Lead statewide execution of Talk Universe™ Drive distribution of The Talk™ Family Readiness System Build partnerships (churches, senior living, community leaders) Recruit and lead operators and facilitators Oversee and support all 15 Network CEOs within the state Own growth, execution, and results You are not managing tasks. You are leading a system.•
