Heal.online is seeking a mission-driven CEO to lead a growing Christian counseling and telehealth ministry serving individuals and families through clinically excellent, faith-centered care. This leader will oversee strategy, growth, operations, financial stewardship, and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Vision & Leadership Champion the mission, values, and Christian culture of the organization Lead strategic planning in partnership with the Board of Directors Serve as chief spokesperson and ambassador for the ministry Lead organizational accountability systems and performance management processes Growth & Partnerships Build relationships with pastors, churches, donors, and strategic partners Expand referral networks and ministry reach Collaborate with marketing and business development teams Operations & Financial Stewardship Oversee daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting Improve systems, processes, and organizational efficiency Ensure healthy margins, therapist productivity, and sustainable growth Lead the organization toward financial sustainability and increased ministry impact Operations & Financial Stewardship Ensure HIPAA, telehealth, and behavioral health regulatory compliance Promote clinical excellence and trauma-informed service delivery Qualifications Strong commitment to Culture, Philosophy, and Statement of Faith and Family of
