Job Description

The Position:
Full-time, fully remote, temporary role for 5 months, with a potential for extension. This role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and will provide administrative support for a variety of executive positions.
The duties will include:
Executive calendar and administrative support for CEO and General Counsel Manage roster of funder, institutional and internal meetings Coordinate travel logistics for senior leadership Coordinate virtual and in person board meeting logistics, working with CEO and leadership to prepare and distribute board meeting materials Administrative support for board chair and board of directors' meetings, scheduling, and governance documentation Support for fundraising operations, including gift entry and processing in our CRM, donor prospecting and donor research Process donor matching gifts across a variety of platforms Manage weekly check, stock and wire processing, entry and documentation, generate tax acknowledgments Assist in monthly billing compliance for corporate credit expensing Support for virtual and in-person meetings, including meeting/tech logistics Anything else that may come across the desk Qualifications Generalist, a true jack of all trades Non-profit support experience is appreciated, but not required Detail-oriented and focused Adaptable, capable of supporting a variety of personalities and positions, often simultaneously Utmost commitment to confidentiality Independent doer and self-regulator 3 years of full-time experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
