Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as the right hand to our Chief Executive Officer. This is not a traditional assistant role—it is a hybrid of operational leadership, high-level executive support, and strategic initiative execution. You will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day priorities, drive key initiatives forward, and serve as an extension of the CEO's office across internal and external communications. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, high EQ professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage up, across, and down with tact and precision. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to the CEO, helping prioritize time, information flow, and key decisions Manage and execute special projects on behalf of the CEO across departments (e.g., strategy, ops, client success, people) Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, client engagements, and internal strategy sessions Own CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and daily workflow—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Track progress on company-wide initiatives and follow up with accountable stakeholders Facilitate communication and coordination between the CEO's office and internal teams, partners, and clients Draft executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic documents as needed Anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and proactively handle issues before they escalate Act as a cultural ambassador and trusted liaison representing the CEO's tone, priorities, and expectations Qualifications & Experience 8-12+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior EA, or Strategy/Operations role supporting C-suite leaders Experience in a fast-growing company, preferably in healthcare, tech, or professional services Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in executive-level interactions Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar business experience is a plus What You Bring A blend of strategic thinking and operational execution Professional polish, presence, and the ability to influence without authority High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-things-done mindset Deep respect for confidentiality, loyalty, and executive support best practices Why Plutus Health?
