This is not a traditional administrative role. The position is centered around helping drive execution across the CEO's priorities, projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives while ensuring communication, accountability, and momentum are maintained across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, extremely organized, fast-moving, and able to keep many parallel initiatives aligned and progressing. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities, incomplete information, and ambitious timelines. You will act as a central coordination point between leadership, teams, external partners, vendors, and ongoing initiatives — helping transform ideas into structured action and ensuring stakeholders receive what they need to keep projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Support the CEO and Founder in driving execution across key priorities and initiatives. Help organize, prioritize, and track ongoing projects, discussions, and decisions. Ensure important follow-ups, deliverables, and stakeholder requests are not missed. Help maintain momentum across fast-moving and evolving initiatives. Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively help remove blockers. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Follow up with teams to ensure tasks, deliverables, and timelines stay on track. Help ensure stakeholders receive the information, approvals, assets, or support they need. Organize project updates, priorities, action items, and next steps. Help translate high-level discussions into actionable tasks and accountability. Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate across product, operations, marketing, engineering, logistics, and leadership teams. Maintain visibility across multiple parallel projects and initiatives. Help improve communication and alignment between departments. Organizational & Process Support Help create structure around evolving projects and workflows. Support documentation, SOPs, and internal organizational systems where needed. Assist with improving coordination, communication, and operational efficiency. Communication & Executive Coordination Draft professional emails, summaries, presentations, and internal updates. Coordinate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain highly professional, polished, and discreet communication. Special Projects Support strategic initiatives, launches, partnerships, hiring coordination, events, and executive projects. Handle highly varied responsibilities requiring adaptability, ownership, and independent thinking. Step into operational gaps where needed to help keep execution moving forward.
