Job Description

Job Summary PSR is conducting a job search for its next CEO! We are a mission driven nonprofit agency, serving diverse needs in a seven-county area. Our focus is on adults 60+ years old, that are underserved, including low income, rural and minority populations. Our programs are diverse just like our clients, and our work is grounded in inclusivity, cultural responsiveness and accessibility. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about community service, energized by collaboration, and excited to make lasting, meaningful impacts in the lives of others. Have you cultivated a workplace culture grounded in trust, safety and open communications, empowering employees to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential? Do you have a proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives through cultivating relationships, government and corporate grant development and identifying innovative funding opportunities? Are you experienced in financial leadership, including budget development, financial oversight, reporting, and strong internal controls? Have you led risk management efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements? Must have BA in related field, a minimum of 5 years of upper management experience in the nonprofit sector, reside in service area, be willing to travel.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
