Job Description

Greater Piedmont
REALTORS
® (GPR) seek a visionary, innovative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into an exciting future. With more than 520 members, GPR is headquartered in centrally located Warrenton, Virginia, a historic, charming town in the heart of the Piedmont region. Our association proudly supports REALTOR ® professionals across Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison, and Rappahannock counties. The ideal candidate provides strategic leadership to the Board, membership, and staff, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, member-focused culture. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the association's operations, including financial management, governance, and member engagement, while championing innovation and professionalism within the industry.
