This role is critical to improving patient access, operational performance, and revenue integrity` while supporting the organization's continued growth and complexity. The objective of this role is to provide dedicated operational leadership to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and alignment across all operations, enabling high-quality care while maximizing efficiency and financial performance. Key Success Metrics Improved patient access and clinic throughput Improvement in call center efficiency and scheduling Reduction in call center abandonment and scheduling delays Decrease in denials and front-end errors Increased ancillary utilization and revenue Improved operational efficiency and staff productivity Successful execution of key initiatives Ensure that service lines are up to date with latest software and technology Ensure all service lines are meeting KPI's Minimum Qualifications 7-10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, preferably in multi-site physician groups Experience in patient access, call center operations, and revenue cycle integration Demonstrated ability to drive execution, accountability, and measurable results Strong data-driven and performance management experience Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) Process Improvement / Execution (Lean Six Sigma - green belt or black belt) Licensure, Certification, Registration Requirements CPC, CCS, CPMA, or similar coding/compliance certification Supervisory Requirements This position will supervise the core operational leaders and department supervisors. Operational Leadership & Execution Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations and service lines Standardize workflows, processes, and performance expectations Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks Ensure consistent execution of organizational priorities and initiatives 2. Ancillary & Service Line Operations Oversee operational performance of ancillary services: Optimize utilization, scheduling, and return on investment for all service lines. Support growth of key programs in partnership with Clinical Director. 3. Performance Management & Accountability Implement and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures across operations Establish clear accountability and ownership at all levels Conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement 4. Staffing & Workforce Optimization Develop and manage staffing models aligned with patient demand Address staffing gaps, productivity issues, and role clarity Improve staff utilization and operational efficiency 5. Vendor, Technology & Infrastructure Oversight Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance Ensure effective use of EHR and operational systems Support evaluation and implementation of operational tools and technologies 6. Project & Initiative Execution Lead execution of strategic and operational initiatives Ensure clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability Warren Averett is an equal opportunity employer.
