The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team, you lead client-facing engagements focused on reliability program transformation and modernization of asset-intensive operations. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the firm's quality standards. This role offers a unique chance to drive innovation through data and analytics, making a significant impact in industries like energy, utilities, and chemicals. Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on transforming reliability programs
• Drive modernization initiatives for asset-intensive operations
• Integrate data analytics and Asset Performance Management into workflows
• Collaborate with clients in energy, utilities, and chemicals sectors
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Foster relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
• Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management preferred
• Experience leading reliability improvement initiatives
• Driving integration of asset data models and predictive maintenance
• Engaging with plant managers and operations executives
• Coaching junior team members for quality deliverables
• Supporting business development and follow-on work
• Hands-on experience with APM platforms preferred
• Excelling in client-facing skills and stakeholder influence The salary range for this position is: $99,000
• $232,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
