The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team, you lead client-facing engagements focused on reliability program transformation and modernization of asset-intensive operations. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the firm's quality standards. This role offers a unique chance to drive innovation through data and analytics, making a significant impact in industries like energy, utilities, and chemicals. Responsibilities- Lead client engagements focused on transforming reliability programs
- Drive modernization initiatives for asset-intensive operations
- Integrate data analytics and Asset Performance Management into workflows
- Collaborate with clients in energy, utilities, and chemicals sectors
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges
- Foster relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management preferred
- Experience leading reliability improvement initiatives
- Driving integration of asset data models and predictive maintenance
- Engaging with plant managers and operations executives
- Coaching junior team members for quality deliverables
- Supporting business development and follow-on work
- Hands-on experience with APM platforms preferred
- Excelling in client-facing skills and stakeholder influence The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $232,000.
