Little Rock, Arkansas $140K-$165K + bonus eligibility (total potential comp to $205K) | Full-Time | Reports to Co-Presidents National Custom Hollow Metal is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of custom commercial metal doors and frames — nationally recognized for quality and the shortest lead times in the industry — that seeks the Operations leader to help the business achieve 25%+ revenue growth over the next three years.

our success relies heavily on tribal knowledge. We need someone who builds systems-based, standardized processes that scale — while earning the trust of a skilled team. This is a build-and-grow role, not maintain-and-manage. The successful candidate will be someone who knows the shop floor, builds systems, develops people, and drives results . This is a senior leadership role responsible for manufacturing operations, engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and production-related activities. You Will Lead manufacturing operations for a custom quick-ship facility producing to nationally recognized and certified standards. Replace tribal knowledge with standardized processes, training systems, and shop floor metrics (OEE, cycle time, cost per unit, on-time delivery). Drive 5S, lean disciplines, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Build and execute a technology and automation roadmap that includes nesting optimization, production tracking, and AI-assisted tools. Lead capacity planning to support revenue growth while protecting margins. Develop the next generation of management talent. You Bring 10+ years' manufacturing experience with 5+ years in operations leadership. Track record scaling operations 25%+ in revenue with measurable results. Metal fabrication or steel manufacturing experience; stainless steel and job shop experience valued. Proven lean implementation that stuck (Kata, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping). ERP/MRP and automation experience. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma preferred. The leadership to build trust, hold teams accountable, and drive change in a family-owned culture. We Offer $140K-$165K base salary + 15-25% performance bonus potential.
