This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a large multi-unit territory, develop high-performing teams, and influence the future direction of the organization. Vice President of Operations Benefits & Compensation Competitive executive-level compensation package Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and paid time off Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications Senior multi-unit leadership experience within full-service restaurants Experience overseeing 12+ restaurant locations Strong understanding of sales, labor, food cost, and profitability drivers Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly throughout the region Must be based in the Los Angeles area Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills Demonstrated success leading multi-unit restaurant operations across a broad geographic territory Experience leading large territories with limited support infrastructure Comfortable balancing field engagement with strategic operational oversight Hands-on operator who leads from the field Vice President of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for approximately 12-15 restaurant locations Drive sales growth, labor efficiency, profitability, and overall restaurant performance Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams Ensure operational standards and a consistent guest experience across all locations Identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies Partner with executive leadership to execute operational initiatives Maintain a visible presence in the field while driving accountability and performance across the region
