Vice President of Operations (VPO) - Full-Time GeriHeal P.C. | Culver City, CA GeriHeal P.C. is a rapidly growing, physician-led medical group focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric populations. We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Operations (VPO) to lead, scale, and optimize our clinical and administrative operations. Position Overview The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term operational performance of the organization. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to drive efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and support strategic growth across multiple care settings. Key Responsibilities Oversee all operational functions across clinical and administrative teams Develop and implement scalable systems, workflows, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and expansion plans Manage staffing models, provider scheduling, and operational budgets Lead and mentor department managers, including office managers and clinical leads Drive improvements in patient satisfaction, care coordination, and service delivery Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing staff Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred) Master's degree (MHA, MBA) strongly preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations Strong understanding of post-acute care, geriatric care, or multi-site medical groups Experience with EMR systems (Athena experience a plus) Proven ability to scale operations and manage growth Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We're Looking For A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Passion for improving patient care and healthcare delivery systems A collaborative leader who builds strong, accountable teams High integrity, accountability, and problem-solving mindset

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
