Automotive Description At NorthBay Health, the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations, (VPAO) is responsible for overseeing the strategy, operations and financial performance of ambulatory services across NorthBay Health. This role ensures the effective delivery of high- quality, accessible care across multiple ambulatory sites including, primary care, specialty care, urgent care clinics and ambulatory service lines.

Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field required.Experience :
Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory operations, experience in physician practice management as an executive or in a senior level position.Leadership Skills and Competencies:

A system thinker, who is able to "connect the dots" quickly and implement initiatives across multiple service areas. Proven creative problem-solving skills with the willingness to take the initiative in leading and managing Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models and industry trends. Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multiple ambulatory locationsCompensation :
