Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Post-Acute Services to lead and advance operational performance across our post-acute care continuum. This executive will play a critical role in driving growth, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple facilities. Reporting to the Hospitals Division President, the COO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, physician and employee engagement, and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad organizational impact and strong cross-functional collaboration.
