This role drives BREEZE as a scalable, revenue-generating operating layer across the portfolio, aligning technology with real-world execution and client outcomes. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring BREEZE delivers measurable impact across operations, revenue, and customer experience. Success is defined by strong adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and consistent scalability across assets. Core Accountabilities 1. Full P&L Ownership Own and drive the financial performance of BREEZE across the portfolio Develop and manage proformas, pricing strategies, and business cases for deployments Track and report on revenue, margin, and cost structure tied to BREEZE initiatives Identify and execute opportunities to increase yield and improve operating efficiency 2. Deployment, Adoption, and Scaling Lead end-to-end deployment of BREEZE across new and existing locations Ensure consistency in setup, pricing logic, enforcement rules, and user experience Build and implement standardized deployment and onboarding playbooks Drive strong adoption at the field level in partnership with operations leadership 3. Operational Integration Integrate BREEZE seamlessly into daily operations across the portfolio Partner with regional and site leadership to ensure alignment and execution Streamline workflows between technology and field teams Reinforce PCI's service standards through consistent platform usage 4. Client Ownership and Revenue Support Serve as a senior point of contact for BREEZE-related client engagement Support business development efforts, including RFPs and client presentations Clearly communicate the value of BREEZE through measurable outcomes Strengthen client relationships through performance, transparency, and results 5. Team Leadership and Buildout Build, lead, and scale the BREEZE team Define roles across deployment, support, analytics, and training Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards 6. Vendor and Technology Management Manage relationships with PARCS providers, pay-by-cell platforms, LPR vendors, and other partners Oversee integrations and ensure system reliability and uptime Evaluate and implement third-party tools that enhance operational or financial performance Maintain strong vendor accountability and service standards 7. Training and Enablement Lead training strategy for both internal teams and clients Develop structured onboarding and certification programs Ensure training evolves alongside platform enhancements Drive consistency in platform usage across all locations 8. Performance Management and Reporting Establish and track KPIs including: revenue lift utilization conversion rates enforcement efficiency labor impact Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on BREEZE performance Use data insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement 9. Product Evolution and Innovation Identify opportunities to enhance the platform based on operational and client needs Prioritize features and improvements in coordination with development teams Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies Continuously strengthen BREEZE's role as a differentiator for PCI Qualifications 5+ years in parking, mobility, or operationally intensive environments Experience owning or materially influencing financial performance Track record of deploying and scaling technology across multiple locations Strong understanding of parking systems, enforcement, and revenue models Experience leading cross-functional teams and building organizations High level of financial and operational fluency Success Profile (What Good Looks Like) Within 6-12 months: BREEZE deployed consistently across priority assets Measurable revenue growth tied to platform adoption Clear reporting structure with actionable KPIs Strong alignment between operations and technology
Scope Expectations Travel:
25-40% as required for deployments, client meetings, and site support Position Value BREEZE serves as the connective layer across PCI's operations, revenue systems, and client experience. This role ensures it performs as a core operating platform and scales effectively across the portfolio.
