About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and support the continued expansion of our portfolio. Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to managers and supervisors across assigned accounts. Able to deal with clients in a professional manner. Able to travel to various properties in the portfolio as needed. Maintain professional and responsive customer and client service to ensure satisfaction at all times. Oversee daily parking operations and provide operational support as needed based on staffing or business demands. Manage P&L performance and execute operational plans in alignment with budget objectives. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned accounts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while addressing escalated operational concerns and service issues. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational leaders and staff to build a strong leadership pipeline. Ensure adequate staffing levels in collaboration with Human Resources and operational leadership. Drive operational consistency, accountability, and service excellence across all locations. Execute marketing initiatives, revenue control procedures, and operational improvement strategies. Analyze operational and financial data from multiple systems to identify trends and improve decision-making. Lead special projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts across the portfolio. Support business development efforts including site evaluations, proposals, client presentations, and account transitions. Assist with onboarding and transition planning for new accounts, including staffing, training, supply procurement, and operational setup. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Foster a positive, people-first culture aligned with Parkwell's Vision, Mission, and Values. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to support company-wide initiatives. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check Valid Driver's License 5+ years of parking operations or property management experience preferred 3+ years of leadership and client relationship management experience preferred Required Skills Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Experience working in Commercial Class A Properties is a must Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and P&L performance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple locations and operational teams preferred Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment Preferred Skills Parkwell is committed to creating opportunities for growth and advancement while maintaining a culture centered on people, accountability, and operational excellence.
