This executive role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring scalable growth across all business units. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of operations management, strategic planning, and leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and implementing process improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the company's trajectory by aligning operational strategies with overarching business goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support the organization's growth objectives and enhance overall efficiency. Lead and oversee multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with corporate policies and standards. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation. Implement robust change management practices to facilitate organizational adaptability during periods of transformation. Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource planning to ensure sustainable operations. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to promote collaboration and shared vision. Lead senior leadership teams in strategic decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and identify opportunities for enhancement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies. Skills Extensive experience in operations management with demonstrated success in leading large teams and complex projects. Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and program management. Proven ability to manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and implement cost-control measures. Skilled in change management methodologies to guide organizations through transformation initiatives. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change. Proficiency in process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence. Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization's sector.
Qualifications:
5+ years at the Director or Vice President of Operations position. Experience scaling a growing operation. Expereince in consumer goods such as personal care, household product, food or beverage. Expereince with high speed pacakging environment.
