About the job As part of the AI and Infrastructure (AI2) organization, and Vice President of Strategy and Operations, you will enable cross-cutting and horizontal teams to deliver critical infrastructure to our customers. Responsibilities Develop a consistent scaled strategic narrative across all components of the AI2 cross-cutting teams, synthesizing major communication decisions between senior management and the broader organization, and ensuring strategy and priority alignment. Establish and run a solid business cadence, driving regular business reviews with executive stakeholders, annual strategic planning, headcount and budget management, conflict management, organizational communications, running programs to improve growth, development, training in the organization, etc. Manage and lead critical strategic initiatives across AI2 developing compelling and insightful recommendations to the Cloud leadership team by analyzing strategic questions, identifying key priorities, and aligning with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Product, and Sales. Lead AI2 projects, both short-term deep reviews and complex cross-functional multi-disciplinary projects, from start to finish, structuring and executing analyses required to develop recommendations, and communicating findings to senior management.
