We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our beautiful location surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. Essential Duties Include:
Lead all aspects of operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and a safe, high-quality environment. Develop, coach, and mentor department leaders while fostering a strong culture of accountability and service. Analyze operational and financial results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals. Partner with corporate leadership and park stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Oversee human resources, housing, risk management, and asset protection to support a positive employee experience and operational excellence. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and revenue growth. Experience with complex operations that include lodging, F&B, retail and additional revenue streams. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of hospitality management including oversight of multi-department operations.
