Role:

To design and operationalize a repeatable, high-performance clinic platform that delivers: Consistent patient outcomes Predictable revenue growth Scalable clinic expansion Data-driven clinical validation through our Impact Study initiatives Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Scaling Build and optimize scalable operational systems across multiple clinic locations Develop infrastructure, workflows, SOPs, and accountability frameworks Lead clinic expansion initiatives from launch through operational stabilization Create operational consistency while maintaining premium patient experiences Systems & Performance Management Implement KPI dashboards and data-driven operational strategies Align clinical operations with business growth objectives Improve efficiency, patient retention, conversion, and revenue performance Collaborate with leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives Cross-Functional Leadership Integrate operations, sales, marketing, and patient care systems Lead and mentor high-performance teams in fast-growth environments Support operational alignment between U.S. and Mexico healthcare dynamics Ensure scalable execution across all departments and clinic models Experience & Qualifications Required Experience 7-15+ years of experience in: Multi-location healthcare operations Functional medicine, regenerative medicine, longevity clinics, or med spa scaling Proven track record scaling organizations from 1-3 locations to 10+ locations Strong background in operational systems, execution, and process architecture Cross-border operational experience highly valued Core Skill Set Operational architecture & systems thinking Financial literacy and understanding of unit economics Data-driven decision-making Sales and operations integration Leadership within high-growth organizations Ideal Mindset Builder, not just manager Mission-aligned and patient outcome focused High-accountability, no-ego operator Comfortable navigating cross-border healthcare environments (USA-Mexico) Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and execution-oriented Compensation Structure Designed to attract elite operators while aligning incentives with long-term growth.
