The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of operations management, strategic planning, and leadership development. As COO, you will oversee daily business activities, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of excellence across all departments. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus incentive aligned to the company's growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall vision and goals, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and promote a culture of high performance. Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence and identify new growth opportunities. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource allocation. Implement change management practices to facilitate organizational transformation and adapt to evolving industry trends. Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to support strategic objectives. Experience Extensive senior leadership experience with a proven track record in operations management within a complex organizational environment. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business development initiatives. Supervising experience with teams across various functions, emphasizing leadership development and talent management. Strong background in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and implementing cost-control measures. Prior experience in program management or related fields is highly desirable; familiarity with Dental industry-specific regulations is a plus.
