The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full ownership of internal operations and help guide the business through its next phase of scale. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and clarity to a fast-moving, digitally driven brand. You will partner closely with the founder and leadership team to manage all core functions, ensuring the business runs efficiently while maintaining the agility that has fueled our growth. Key Responsibilities Own and lead day-to-day operations across all departments Build scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth Oversee supply chain, production, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment Align teams across product, marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience Translate social media demand into operational execution and delivery Manage budgets, forecasting, and key operational KPIs Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve margins and performance What We're Looking For Proven experience as a COO or senior operations leader within apparel, retail, or consumer brands Strong track record scaling high-growth, digitally native or DTC businesses Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management Experience operating in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership approach Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be based on-site in Torrance, CA Compensation Base salary: $300,000 - $400,000 USD (dependent on experience) Performance-based bonus Potential equity participation Relocation package Why Join Us Join a privately owned brand with exceptional social media traction and cultural relevance Play a key role in scaling a business at a major inflection point Work directly with founders and have a meaningful impact on company direction Competitive compensation with significant upside potential If you're an operator who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to turn demand into scalable execution, we'd love to hear from you.
