Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize all operational functions across our convenience store supply and distribution network. This executive will be responsible for developing operational strategy, driving efficiency, improving service levels, and ensuring the seamless delivery of products to thousands of retail locations. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in distribution, logistics, supply chain management, and large-scale operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute company-wide operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and market expansion. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence. Supply Chain & Distribution Oversee distribution centers, transportation operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Ensure on-time delivery, product availability, and cost-effective distribution across all customer locations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Operational Excellence Implement best practices in warehouse management, logistics, procurement, and quality control. Drive process improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and food-handling requirements. Financial Management Manage multi-million-dollar operating budgets and capital expenditures. Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining service quality. Analyze operational performance and provide regular reports to the executive team and board. Team Leadership Lead and develop regional and corporate operations teams. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build succession plans and leadership development programs
