Job Description
A Brief Overview At Simplicity Home Care , we don't just see a client; we see a hero. As an award-winning organization dedicated to rethinking how we care for our nation's Veterans and seniors, we have built our reputation on bridging the gap between VA benefits and the high-quality, compassionate care our heroes deserve. We are currently in a season of aggressive regional expansion across the Southwest. We are seeking a high-level VP of Operations —a strategic leader and "builder"—to help us scale our footprint while ensuring our promise of "independence and dignity" remains at the core of every home we enter. This is a critical, high-impact role for a management professional who thrives on growing organizations and leading with heart. Primary Role Objective Your goal is to harmonize the complex moving parts of a multi-state healthcare operation into a seamless, high-growth engine. You will be responsible for ensuring that our specialized clinical support, VA-funded care programs, and private-pay services all work in perfect sync to make the transition to home care stress-free for our families. You will lead multiple departments—from Case Management and Clinical to Client Care and Scheduling—breaking down silos to create a unified administrative and operational standard. Your goal is to drive the company's growth across Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona while maintaining the "Simplicity" standard: simple, professional, and deeply dedicated care.
