- - Operations is a global Operational Excellence leader responsible for deploying, sustaining, and evolving the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) across operations.
- In this role, a typical day will look like:
- + Serve as a global leader and role model for VES Fundamentals, driving disciplined execution of daily management, visual management, standard work, problem solving, and kaizen activities across operations.
- The essential requirements of the job include:
- + Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Minimum 10 years of experience deploying continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence systems within operations and supply chain environments + Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations + Demonstrated expertise in kaizen leadership, daily management systems, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving methodologies + Strong knowledge of material systems, internal logistics, inventory management, and supplier replenishment models + Proven operational credibility with hands-on experience driving results in manufacturing and supply chain environments + Ability to travel globally up to 25% •It would be a plus if you also possess:•+ Advanced VES, DBS, or Lean.
