Position Summary:
The Innovation & Informatics Operations Program Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy by providing operational leadership across the lifecycle of innovation initiatives from pipeline intake through pilot, implementation, and performance monitoring. The program manager will work with the Senior Director and is responsible for overseeing innovation portfolio operations, supporting Innovation, Intrapreneurship and AI processes, and coordinating executive-level communications. This position also contributes to evaluating the impact of innovation deployments on quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility 1. Provide operational coordination and management for innovation and AI pilots, implementations, and scaling initiatives across the organization. 2. Partner with Senior Director and Director to support successful integration of new technologies into workflows. 3. Identify operational risks and barriers to adoption and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies. 4. Manage the AI governance and Intrapreneurship pipeline, including intake, monitoring, prioritization, and reporting of initiatives. 5. Manage dashboards and tracking tools with Innovation manager to provide visibility into project status, milestones, and outcomes. 6. Manage development of portfolio reporting to leadership highlighting value creation and strategic alignment. 7. Manage operational preparation for AI and Innovation Governance Committee meetings. 8. Develop executive-level presentations, pre-read materials, and briefing documents. 9. Track action items, approvals, and follow-up activities from governance meetings. 10. Manage innovation communications strategy across internal and external platforms including HHC Innovation websites, clinical communications, and LinkedIn. 11. Support and manage the planning and execution of all HHC Innovation summits, forums, and events, including timelines, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up. 12. Provide support and guidance to teams across HHC on the Innovation Process, including intake, evaluation, and next-step navigation. 13. Promote awareness and adoption of the Innovation Process by communicating best practices and reinforcing consistent use across departments.

Bachelor's degree in
Business, Health Administration, Public Administration Preferred:
Master's preferred Experience 1-3 years' experience in healthcare environment, managing and presenting programmatic metrics of success, experience in developing business plans to support programmatic growth
