Job Description
At AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. You can even find our products aboard NASAs Space Launch System and in the F-35 fighter jets. Thats the level of quality and innovation youll be part of when you join our team.
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our aerospace manufacturing facility, in Middletown, CT. The GM will be responsible for driving strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.
So, what will you be doing as a Job Title?
Providing strategic and operational leadership for all plant functions, including operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, finance, and human resources Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance Ensuring compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and all applicable regulatory standards Developing and executing business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate objectives Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team and workforce Maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting new business development and growth initiatives Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed Championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee engagementTo be successful in this role, youll need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 710+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including plant or general management responsibility Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and financial performance Strong knowledge of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsList education and required experience.
