This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and expanding a high-performing service division, including automation operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in service management, operational leadership, and P&L ownership who can drive growth, efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Service & Automation division, ensuring operational excellence and profitability Own and manage full P&L responsibilities for the division Oversee service technicians, automation teams, sales staff, and administrative personnel Develop and execute strategies to expand service offerings and increase revenue Partner with sales to drive new business and maintain strong client relationships Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Monitor key performance metrics and adjust operations to meet business goals Mentor and develop team members, building a strong leadership pipeline Qualifications 10-15+ years of experience leading and growing a service-based organization Proven experience managing P&L and driving financial performance Strong leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams (service, automation, sales, admin) Background in automation, field service, or technical service environments preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Track record of scaling operations and improving processes Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $160,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a critical business unit Please apply today or contact JMT Staffing at 781-558-2589 for immediate consideration.
