Learn more about 9th Way Insignia at Application password: Niner Team (Organization) Introduction The Operations and Delivery team ensures high-quality, consistent execution across all programs, aligning delivery operations with enterprise standards, customer expectations, and strategic objectives. Position Overview 9th Way Insignia is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Executive to provide executive-level oversight of major delivery programs while helping drive enterprise delivery excellence, operational maturity, operational consistency, and risk management across the organization. This role operates under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. Professional Level This position aligns to a Level 6 - Portfolio Executive at 9th Way Insignia. Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of the EDW, VA BAP, NBEKRSS and other projects/programs as assigned, ensuring delivery quality, staffing alignment, and customer satisfaction Lead operational coordination, escalation management, and delivery oversight for assigned portfolios Mentor and develop Project and Program Managers to strengthen delivery execution Reinforce PMO standards and support alignment with enterprise governance Lead enterprise operational risk management program, including identification, tracking, mitigation, and reporting Support enterprise delivery maturity initiatives and operational consistency Collaborate across Delivery, PMO, and Executive Leadership to improve scalability and execution This position may perform other duties as assigned. The responsibilities listed above are representative and not intended to be all-inclusive Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field or experience in lieu of degree 15+ years of experience in program or portfolio delivery within GovCon Proven leadership in large-scale program management Strong understanding of delivery governance and PMO frameworks Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred / Desired Experience managing enterprise-level delivery portfolios Experience with risk management programs PMP or equivalent certification Location Hybrid - working remotely with regular visits to contract(s) on site in the DC Metro area. 9th Way Insignia reserves the right to adjust work location based upon mission requirements. $135,664.20 — $170,000 USD 9th Way Insignia's range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
