About This Role:
Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives across all Evara Health locations Oversee the performance and daily operations of multiple clinical programs and service lines to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical protocols, operational workflows, and evidence-based best practices in collaboration with executive and clinical leadership Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and operational performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable results Ensure compliance with HRSA, AAAHC, NCQA, HIPAA, CMS, and other federal, state, and accreditation requirements Support accreditation readiness, audits, and quality assurance activities while maintaining organizational standards of excellence Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and leadership teams to improve clinical efficiency, patient experience, and care coordination Oversee and support interdisciplinary teams including nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, wellness coaches, and clinical support staff Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, patient safety, and continuous learning Lead initiatives focused on patient satisfaction, risk management, population health, and evidence-based care delivery Analyze and interpret operational and quality data to support strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational growth Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to support integrated care and efficient operations Represent Evara Health in community partnerships, healthcare collaborations, and quality-focused initiatives Provide operational leadership and support for escalated clinical or workflow issues to ensure continuity of care and patient safetyEducation and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)Preferred:
Master's degree in nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldRequired Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, or healthcare administration. Experience in program development, grant compliance, and FQHC or community health settings strongly preferred.License or Certification:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Florida required. CPR certification required Certifications in quality, healthcare leadership, or clinical program management preferred (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma)Culture and Benefits:
