Chief Operating Officer (COO) Coral Gables, Florida $110K
- 150K Base + 10% Performance Bonus Full-Time

We are a high-growth, physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness organization based in Miami, delivering premium services at the intersection of clinical excellence and a luxury client experience. The business is entering a focused growth and operational optimization phase , creating an opportunity for a strong operator to step in and drive performance, scalability, and profitability.THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer with direct experience in the medspa, aesthetics, or wellness industry who can function as a true business operator — not a consultant or high-level strategist. This role carries a turnaround and growth mandate . You will own day-to-day operations, financial performance, team accountability, and revenue execution, working directly with ownership. The ideal candidate brings urgency, structure, and a track record of improving business performance in a service-driven, patient-facing environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Team Leadership Own daily operations including staffing, scheduling, protocols, vendor management, and client experience Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across clinical and administrative functions Establish and enforce scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify inefficiencies and implement systems that support growth Financial Performance Own the P&L , with clear accountability for profitability and cost control Develop and execute financial plans in partnership with ownership Manage vendor relationships and eliminate unnecessary spend Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Revenue Growth & Business Development Partner with marketing to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value Develop promotions and membership strategies to create recurring revenue Identify new service line opportunities aligned with market demand Ensure effective use of CRM systems to maximize revenue per client Strategy & Reporting Provide direct, transparent reporting to ownership Establish a structured operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Support business development and growth initiatives as neededCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary $110,000- $150,000 annually, based on experience Performance Bonus 10% annual bonus tied to operational and financial KPIs KPI Focus Areas Profitability and margin improvement Revenue growth Cost optimization Client retention Team productivity
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 5+ years of operational leadership in medspa, aesthetics, or wellness environments Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience Proven ability to drive turnaround, efficiency, or growth initiatives Experience managing both clinical and administrative teams Strong systems-thinking and process improvement mindset Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL Preferred Experience with aesthetic service lines (injectables, laser, body contouring, etc.) Familiarity with EMR/CRM platforms (e.g., Zenoti) Knowledge of the South Florida market Experience working with founder-led or physician-owned businesses Spanish language proficiencyWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have managed a P&L, led teams with performance expectations, and understand how operations, revenue, and client experience connect in practice. You are comfortable stepping into a business, identifying gaps quickly, and taking action to improve performance. This includes addressing inefficiencies, holding teams accountable, and implementing structure where needed. This is not a role for candidates whose experience has been primarily advisory or removed from day-to-day execution. Success requires urgency, ownership, and the ability to translate strategy into results without delay . Company details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.Pay:
