Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening Leadership Lead development and execution of the pre-opening critical path (18-month timeline) Coordinate with ownership, developers, and hotel operator on project milestones Participate in design and layout reviews to ensure operational efficiency Oversee preparation of pre-opening and operating budgets , forecasts, and ramp-up plans Ensure alignment with brand standards and operational requirements Operations & Opening Execution Oversee readiness of all operational areas, including Rooms, F&B (Internal and External), and support departments Ensure implementation of key systems (PMS, POS, accounting, distribution platforms) Lead soft opening and grand opening execution Monitor service delivery and guest experience from day one Sales, Marketing & Positioning Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pre-opening strategy and market positioning Support condo closing efforts with operational input, as needed Assist in developing pricing strategies and distribution channels Condo-Hotel & STR Program Management Establish and oversee the rental program structure and policies Develop owner communication and engagement strategies Coordinate with HOA, legal teams, and property management Develop SOP for all departments Monitor rental pool performance and reporting Financial & Operational Performance Track performance against budget, GOP, and revenue targets Support optimization of ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and rental yield Ensure cost control while maintaining service quality Leadership & Stakeholder Management Partner with the hotel operator on recruitment and organizational structure Provide oversight and direction to department leaders Serve as a key point of contact for ownership and stakeholders Qualifications 7+ years of experience in hotel operations, with pre-opening experience required Proven experience in at least one full hotel opening cycle Experience with condo-hotel, mixed-use, or STR-based properties strongly preferred Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting Experience working with hotel systems (PMS, POS, RMS, distribution platforms) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders (ownership, developers, operators) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Experience in the Miami / South Florida market Background with branded or lifestyle hotel concepts Experience working with third-party operators and HOAs What We Offer Opportunity to lead a high-profile hotel pre-opening project Competitive compensation and benefits package Career growth within a dynamic and growing organization
