Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader to build and lead our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a rapidly growing organization and shape the future of our advisory platform. With a network of 1,000+ active agents and over $1B in annuity premium, the foundation is already in place. Your mission is to activate, expand, and scale this opportunity into a thriving RIA business. The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who understands the RIA landscape and is energized by building-someone who can create structure, drive adoption, and scale a high-impact division within an established platform. You'll be leveraging existing infrastructure, resources, and advisor relationships to accelerate growth and bring a fully realized RIA offering to life. What You'll Do Design and launch the firm's RIA division, including structure, service model, and operating framework within Megastar's existing infrastructure Travel to engage existing advisors, understanding their business goals and guiding their transition into the RIA model Develop and implement compliance and operational workflows aligned with RIA regulatory standards Partner with executive leadership to align the RIA strategy with overall company growth objectives Travel to advisor offices to present the RIA vision, drive adoption, and support transitions Train and lead a growing team as the division scales Enhance the advisor experience to drive retention, productivity, and long-term growth What You'll Build A fully operational, high-performing RIA division Scalable systems and processes for advisor onboarding, support, and growth A stronger, more integrated advisor network leveraging existing relationships A platform positioned for long-term, sustainable expansion What You Bring Proven experience in the RIA or financial advisory space A track record of building or scaling a business unit, platform, or team Strong knowledge of RIA compliance and regulatory requirements A builder's mindset-strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Why This Role Foundational leadership opportunity with the ability to shape strategy and execution Direct visibility and collaboration with executive leadership Access to a built-in network of advisors and existing production Competitive compensation with performance-based upside Significant long-term growth and leadership potential
