Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Manufacturing Growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on COO to lead operations, financial performance, and organizational growth in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities Manage budgeting, KPIs, margins, forecasting, and operational tracking Lead hiring, workforce planning, and team development Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and profitability Communicate regularly with executives, stakeholders, and board members Support growth initiatives within a venture-backed environment Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations Strong financial and operational management background Experience with KPIs, budgeting, margin analysis, and performance tracking Prior experience working with venture-backed companies ($1M-$5M preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Construction materials or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
