Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operations and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization without the corporate BS . We are a family-owned and operated company, where you will have the freedom to make and implement your own decisions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will drive the development and implementation of innovative business strategies, optimize operational processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We are a fast growing, 60-person company, with 28 years of experience in our industry. We have exciting expansion plans coming this year and into the future. Duties Lead and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to strategic goals. Develop and execute comprehensive strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth and market expansion. Manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process improvements. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, program management, and implementing best practices in operations management. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster leadership development and high-performance teams. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource allocation aligned with organizational priorities. Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding market presence. Implement robust project management frameworks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management, strategic planning, and business development. Demonstrated success in managing large teams with supervising experience in diverse functional areas. Strong background in change management, process improvement, and program management methodologies. Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational objectives. Skilled in managing complex projects from inception through completion with attention to detail and strategic insight. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational change. Pay:
$250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
