Operating Partner

Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Operating Partner to help lead the next chapter of growth at our full-service car wash platform. Working directly with the CEO and founder, you'll help oversee performance across our two Florida locations and play a key role as we expand. You'll partner with our site teams to drive results, support day-to-day operations, and help build the standards we'll use at future locations. It's a great fit for an entrepreneurial operator who wants meaningful performance-based compensation and the potential to earn equity in the business as we grow. This role is ideally suited for someone with 5-10 years of relevant management experience, though we're open to more seasoned candidates as well. Duties

• Help oversee performance across our Ocala and Naples locations, working closely with on-site teams
• Partner with the CEO on strategy, pricing, and growth plans
• Lead initiatives to grow memberships, improve customer experience, and increase wash volume
• Track weekly and monthly performance — revenue, memberships, labor, and key operating metrics
• Help develop standards, training, and best practices we can carry into future locations
• Support site teams with vendor management, equipment, and staffing decisions
• Build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement Experience
• 5-10 years of management experience in car wash, QSR, retail, hospitality, or another operations-intensive business (more experience welcome)
• Track record of growing membership, subscription, or recurring revenue
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being on-site — this isn't a desk job
• Strong people skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Comfortable with numbers — reading a simple P&L, tracking KPIs, and managing to a labor budget
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment
• Based in Ocala or willing to relocate; regular in-person presence required Compensation & Opportunity
