Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a busy, dynamic, high-standard private family estate in Sarasota, Florida. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves creating order, elevating standards, building systems, leading teams, and helping a large property run exceptionally well behind the scenes. The right person for this role is calm under pressure, highly organized, emotionally mature, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing people and operations in a fast-moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Overseeing day-to-day household operations
  • Managing and leading interior household staff
  • Helping elevate both interior and exterior property standards
  • Working closely with the Exterior/Farm Estate Manager to improve systems, accountability, and presentation
  • Vendor coordination and oversight
  • Creating and maintaining household systems, checklists, and SOPs
  • Managing inventories and household organization
  • Assisting with travel preparation and guest readiness
  • Ensuring the home is consistently maintained to a high standard
  • Identifying issues proactively before they become problems
