Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is hiring an AVP of Licensure for a fast-growing national healthcare organization. Our client is seeking an experienced licensure leader to oversee multi-state licensure, certification, and regulatory compliance across a complex healthcare footprint. This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on operational ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape a growing function.

$130,000 - $140,000 + bonus
What You'll Lead:
Enterprise licensure and certification strategy across multiple states Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, PECOS, renewals, regulatory filings, and compliance oversight A team of licensure professionals, focused on quality, timeliness, and operational excellence Regulatory agency relationships, accreditation coordination, and executive guidance Support for expansion initiatives including new locations and service area growth
What You Bring:
7+ years in healthcare licensure, regulatory affairs, or compliance leadership Deep expertise in multi-state healthcare licensure + PECOS/Medicare enrollment Proven people leadership and team development experience Strong executive communication skills and strategic judgment Hospice, home health, post-acute, or broader healthcare services experience preferred Why Join? With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
