Division President Greater Atlanta Area | $225,000 Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing Our client is a growing firearms manufacturer seeking a Division President to lead overall business operations, manufacturing performance, commercial growth, and strategic execution. This executive will oversee manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, compliance, and organizational development while helping drive the company's next phase of growth in Atlanta. What You'll Do Lead the Business Own overall business performance and strategic direction Develop annual operating plans, KPIs, and growth initiatives Partner with ownership to execute long-term objectives Build and lead a high-performing leadership team Drive Manufacturing & Operations Oversee manufacturing, assembly, quality, supply chain, and logistics Improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability Lead continuous improvement initiatives Ensure production and quality goals are achieved Own Financial Performance Maintain full P&L responsibility Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Drive revenue growth and profitability Support banking and capital planning activities Lead Commercial Growth Oversee sales, marketing, and business development efforts Strengthen dealer, distributor, and strategic partner relationships Support product launches and market expansion initiatives Help drive brand growth and customer engagement Ensure Compliance Maintain compliance with all applicable firearms regulations Support governance, risk management, and reporting initiatives Stay informed on industry and regulatory developments What We're Looking For Required Executive leadership experience within the firearms industry Experience leading a firearms manufacturer, importer, distributor, or related organization Full P&L management experience Strong background in manufacturing and operations Experience leading sales, finance, supply chain, and quality teams Knowledge of firearms industry regulations and compliance requirements Compensation & Benefits $225,000 Base Salary Performance Bonus Program Profit Sharing Opportunity Vehicle Allowance Health Benefits Paid Time Off Company Holidays
