Job Description

Overview This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must be based in or near Atlanta and able to attend in-person meetings at our Atlantic Station office approximately once every two weeks. Additional on-site presence may be required for key meetings, strategy sessions, design collaborations, and practice site visits. This role will lead enterprise-wide Template Optimization and Guided Scheduling initiatives, helping shape the future of access, capacity management, and scheduling across the Physician Enterprise. We are seeking a curious, self-directed leader who thrives in ambiguity, challenges existing assumptions, and can independently drive complex optimization efforts from strategy through to implementation. The ideal candidate brings experience leading large-scale scheduling, template optimization, access, or operational transformation initiatives and is comfortable influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and deriving meaningful culture change across a diverse organization. This is an opportunity to help redesign how access is delivered across the Physician Enterprise - not simply manage what exists today. We are looking for someone who is energized by solving complex problems, rethinking traditional approaches, and turning innovative ideas into sustainable operational change. Responsibilities Responsible for executing and delivering the practices, programs, and initiatives that deliver timely access to care and ease of scheduling, improved provider, and employee experience; as well as improved operational performance and efficiency.
