This role leads enterprise-wide performance improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, quality, scalability, and profitability. This leader will develop and lead continuous improvement strategies across operational functions while also supporting implementation of transformation projects, leveraging lean and change management, and data-driven methodologies to optimize processes and build a culture of operational discipline and accountability. This role partners with operational leaders, HR, Finance, IT, and field teams to remove roadblocks, track progress, drive adoption, and improve performance, customer outcomes, efficiency, and financial results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead enterprise continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction and service delivery. Establish and standardize operational processes, KPIs, governance frameworks and performance management systems. Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and field leaders to drive alignment and accountability. Identify operational bottlenecks and filtering/qualifying enterprise projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness Lead change management, including communication, training, support, and follow-up. Optimize/simplify reporting, dashboards, and updates to show status, risks, and impact. Make sure projects improve operational performance, customer experience, compliance, scalability, and financial results. Skills Required 12+ years of aviation experience with minimum 5 years of leading operations. Strong leadership, and project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional work and keep teams moving. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with executives, corporate teams, and field operators. Ability to turn strategy into clear execution. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to track progress and results. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving operations environment.
