Who We Are Highground Land and Hardscapes is a premier landscaping contractor that has been in business for over 35 years serving the landscaping and lawn care needs of the Marietta community and surrounding areas. We care about our customers and are committed to exceeding your landscaping maintenance and lawn care expectations. Position Overview As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, including team leadership, customer experience, and financial performance. You will have ownership of the company's success, with responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and overall operational execution. You will serve as the on-site business leader responsible for both the day-to-day management of the business and the long-term performance of the assets. This includes oversight of business operations, facility maintenance, staffing, customer relationships and superior service, ensuring all projects consistently meets company standards and performance expectations. This role requires a balance of hands-on leadership and strategic thinking. You will evaluate business performance, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and revenue, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth. You will also ensure the business is well positioned within the market through strong operational execution and a high standard of customer experience. In addition, you will lead and develop your team by fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-focused service. Success in this role requires a visible, engaged leader who can effectively manage both people and performance in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
