Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will oversee daily operations, implement innovative business strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and long-term growth targets. Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance. Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal processes. Manage business development efforts to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource allocation. Drive program management initiatives that align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable results. Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on leadership development, accountability, and innovation. Requirements Proven experience in operations management with a track record of leading large teams in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience working with the Home and Community Based Services industry. Strong expertise in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated success in managing budgets, forecasting financial needs, and executing business development strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Supervising experience with a focus on developing leadership talent within an organization. Exceptional communication skills to articulate vision, motivate teams, and build stakeholder relationships. Knowledge of program management principles and tools to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives. Ability to adapt quickly to change while maintaining focus on organizational goals. $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
