What You'll Lead Provide executive leadership for field operations serving customers across a large and growing multi-state territory. Lead and develop an organization of several thousand employees across field operations, engineering, maintenance, customer operations, and support functions. Drive operational excellence, safety performance, reliability, emergency response, and service delivery across the enterprise. Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute long-term strategic priorities and capital investments. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while preserving the values that have made the company successful. Build strong relationships with governing bodies, community leaders, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Work directly for a CEO with an excellent reputation for leading with humility, confidence and honesty.
