Job Description

Cascades Healthcare is looking for a Regional Vice President overseeing skilled nursing facilities across Idaho, Washington, and Nebraska. The Regional Vice President is accountable for all aspects of the operations of skilled nursing facilities throughout the assigned region, to ensure Cascades Healthcare provides the highest quality services to our patients. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.
Key Responsibilitues:
Lead operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the assigned region Ensure high quality patient care and operational performance Drive outcomes related to patient rehabilitation, functional independence, and safe discharge Oversee facility administrators and regional leadership teams Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field Must possess an active Idaho State Nursing Home Administrator license 5+ years of successful long-term care management experience Prior regional SNF/LTC management experience is highly preferred Willing to regularly travel between Washington, Idaho, and Nebraska
