The VP of Operations oversees the daily operational activities of the organization, and plays a critical part in supporting operational growth and performance. Travel throughout the Chicagoland area is required - this role is primarily based out of Naperville, Orland Park, and Moken a, IL . However, travel to all CFSM locations as needed will be required. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Provide key performance and financial reports to leadership. Lead and execute high‑impact projects across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate cross‑departmental workflows to support accurate billing, inventory, and product distribution. Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and organizational planning. Coordinate special initiatives, including new programs, compliance projects, and performance metrics. Oversee inventory management, distribution, and facility layout processes. Serve as a resource for cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Skills & Experience Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning, allocation, and management Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement Excellent communication and leadership presence Ability to influence without direct authority Experience in healthcare, operations, or business management required Education Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) 9+ years of experience in healthcare management and operations required.
