McDonald's Operations Consultant The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, people development, and business consulting. This individual will partner with restaurant leadership teams to drive operational excellence, enhance the customer experience, and achieve key business objectives. They will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic advisor, helping restaurants strengthen performance while maintaining McDonald's standards. Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to restaurant management teams. Evaluate restaurant operations and identify opportunities to improve people, profitability, and performance. Support General Managers and leadership teams in executing operational and financial goals. Analyze key performance indicators, budgets, labor, sales, and profitability trends to drive business results. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing restaurant leadership talent. Facilitate training and development initiatives that build bench strength and support succession planning. Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards, policies, and operational procedures. Partner with restaurant teams to enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance. Drive accountability through regular follow-up, coaching, and performance reviews. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations management. Strong background in customer service and team development. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through coaching rather than direct supervision. Experience managing budgets, labor, payroll, revenue, and financial forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and develop action plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in organizational, administrative, and time-management practices. Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about developing people, improving operations, and helping restaurant teams achieve exceptional results while delivering the McDonald's experience customers expect.
