at Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Functions Serves as the Chief Fiscal Officer Develops and implements programmatic division-level budgets and overall agency budget requests Serves as agency spokesperson on all matters related to the agency budget and fiscal operations Servs as full-line supervisor Serves as the Agency Purchasing Officer ( APO ) Coordinates with other agency division directors to monitor and manage income from the agency membership program and donations  Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
