  • Full-time We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Administrative Team Leade r (Dynamic Operations Leader) to lead day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on improving processes, driving team performance, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple priorities. The Administrative Manager will serve as the backbone of the office—ensuring efficiency, accountability, and a consistently high standard of service. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of administrative professionals Drive operational efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer or operational issues Establish and enforce SOPs, workflows, and performance expectations Monitor productivity metrics and implement strategies to improve outcomes Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams Maintain organization in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Train, coach, and mentor team members to elevate performance and capability Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of management or leadership experience in an administrative, operations, or office environment Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated success in improving processes and driving efficiency High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities without loss of quality or control Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams What We Offer Competitive salary and overtime Exceptional PTO program Health Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and
