Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Physician Admin leadership team in the role of Operations Principal. Collaborates with leaders and teams on the deployment and execution of initiatives and programs that balance the financial, clinical, and quality and safety priorities of the organization for long-term success (e.g. statewide workforce planning). Provides expertise and consulting to leaders and teams to achieve current and future business objectives, and helping the business navigate through times of change. Takes the lead, or partners with, leadership on implementing Medical Group projects and initiatives. Works through complex issues and effectively coordinates with key stakeholders as needed. Seeks new ways to improve individual and team efforts for overall success, while promoting collaboration and teamwork driving successful outcomes. Serves as a liaison for the COO or other key Medical Group senior leaders as needed. This key contributor has a deep understanding of the business and they partner with the COO. This is a fully onsite role at Fairbanks Hall, Monday-Friday day shift. Strong preference for candidates with previous healthcare and project/program management experience.

Clinical Research, Institutes, Administrative Leaders across IUHMG Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Requires 8-10 years of relevant experience. Requires knowledge or experience in operations, finance, and strategic planning. Requires experience working independently and exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected, complex issues. Proven experience in providing advice, counsel and coaching to leaders with the ability to influence and champion effective leadership and change. Excellent stakeholder management. Experience in a matrixed organization and complex work environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Requires basic proficiency in MS office products.
